Auto-curated weekly digest
Digest emails now surface the three classroom stories with the highest family engagement. Teachers can still reorder or lock a highlight, but the default suggestions come from reaction and comment data across the week.
- Stories with new reactions, captions, or replies are bumped to the top automatically.
- Directors can preview the email inside Kiddoz before it sends Monday morning.
- Families see a refreshed header that celebrates the classroom’s “moment of the week.”
2× faster uploads on the go
We rebuilt the media pipeline for low-bandwidth environments. Photos and video clips now upload in the background and queue locally if the connection drops—no more waiting on the progress spinner during pick-up time.
- Media compression is smarter about retaining color and detail.
- Teachers get a subtle confirmation toast once the upload hits the cloud.
- Admins can track classroom upload speed in the analytics dashboard.
Quality-of-life extras
We also shipped a few smaller tweaks requested by centers piloting Kiddoz this summer.
- Digest previews now show which caregivers still need to activate their accounts.
- Bulk tagging supports multi-select, so you can label multiple milestones at once.
- Dark mode got a contrast tune-up for better readability late at night.
